This work is rooted in ancient tantric and shamanic traditions that honor breath, touch, and conscious awareness as gateways to transformation. Guided by Joe “Jaguar Falcon Wolf” Doherty, MSW, PhD, PDX Tantra 4 Men offers men an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the primal intelligence that lives beneath the mind.
Through practices such as erotic breathwork, somatic awareness, and tantric massage, men are invited to explore erotic energy not as something to chase or suppress, but as sacred creative power — a force that can heal old wounds, awaken vitality, and restore balance between body, heart, and spirit.
Established in the Portland community, this work is carried by years of experience and intentional practice. Sessions are held with deep respect for consent, presence, and the unique journey each man brings into the space. A sex shaman is a practitioner who utilizes sexual energy, erotic power, and sacred rituals as a form of medicine to facilitate healing, spiritual awakening, and personal transformation. By bridging the gap between sexuality and spirituality, they help individuals overcome shame, guilt, and trauma, often working with tantra, breathwork, and conscious, consensual energy work.
As a sexual shamanic healer/erotic shamanic worker I believe that some of our deepest wounds are sexual in nature and can only be healed through energetic AND erotic healing.
To become a sexual shaman or healer requires developing and experiencing three special skill sets practiced by all shamans:
1) Playful joy in connection to others
2) Sacred sensual activity and movement throughout the life cycle.
3) A desire to connect to the divine energy available to enrich you.

Tantra is a spiritual tradition, meaning "loom," "warp," or "weaving".
It emphasizes the integration of all aspects of life—physical, emotional, and spiritual —as pathways to divine realization.
The core idea is that the universe is a web of interconnected energies, and through disciplined practice, one can expand consciousness and experience the divine within all existence.
